My name is Jundong Ma, and I go by "JD". I am a patent attorney registered at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). I founded JDM Patent Law PLLC with the objective of providing world-class quality patent procurement and patent-related legal services at relatively competitive and reasonable prices.
I have a proven track record in, among other things, having delivered over 100 issued patents through prosecution, and having discovered knockout prior art references for clients through expert patent searches. I also have had extensive experience in patent litigation, including conducting Inter Parte Review (IPR) proceedings at the PTAB of the USPTO and conducting appeals at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
